One day, in his favorite library, he finds himself recommending books to none other than Hermione Granger. A few years later the same thing is repeated, only to have some very different consequences. Hermione felt the pounding in her ears again. She would see him for the first time since the Great Hall, gaunt and stricken at the Slytherin table with his mother clutching his arm.
