Ito ang huling kahilingan ng mommy ni RJ bago siya pumanaw - ang ikasal ang kanyang nag-iisang anak na si RJ kay Maine, ang babaeng matagal nang nagmamalasakit at nag-aalaga sa kanya. Naniniwala siyang si Maine lang ang makakapagpatuloy ng pagmamahal at pag-aalaga kay RJ, lalo na kapag wala na siya.
Pumayag naman ang mga magulang ni Maine, dahil alam nilang nasa mabuting kamay ang kanilang anak.
Pero sapat ba ang responsibilidad at utang na loob para bumuo ng isang tunay na pamilya?
Samahan natin sina RJ at Maine sa isang kwento ng pagsasakripisyo, pagtuklas, at pag-ibig na unti-unting sumisibol sa isang kasalang hindi nila pinangarap... pero baka pala itinadhana.
