The time is set in 2098, on one dreadful day some form of apocalyptic flu broke out in an unnamed facility being used by the government's top notch researchers, looking into vaccines for potentially catastrophic diseases. A group of unknown humans (supposedly),broke into the lab and set the diseases into any possible carriers they could find. When the first handful of human beings caught the Ahemian Flu, they took on psychotic symptoms which made them slowly forget who they were, which in results, causes their own brain to erode while the parasite takes over, mutating the host's body into what the parasite is most suitable in. A group of friends (or so they think) are desperately trying to come up with a cure before the parasite gets them aswell.

Max lives in a small town isolated from the world. He hopes to find the truth about his life in a sea of lies and secrets.
