The selection we have come to know of belongs to young prince and a young maiden and their love story. America and Maxon two people meant for each other. This time it will be Princess America Schreave of Illea and Maxon Singer a Five. The selection goes on as planned with a princess hosting it for the first time in many generations. Secrets are revealed, some things do not go as planned. Rebel attacks here and there. Throughout the chaos these two go through a turbulence of feelings. After the ever after America is now queen. She rules astride her one and only love, Maxon. Her new life has been all but simple with the rebels attacking almost every week and an oncoming surprise. America and Maxon struggle to keep hold on there country, while the northern rebels struggle to keep the southern rebels in check.

In this AU of Keira Cass' Selection series May and America are twins and are both old enough to enter the lottery for the selection. Once May gets chosen to be one of the selected she goes to the castle to meet Prince Maxon. When the Palace throws a ball in celebration of Maxon choosing the elite the families of the elite visit the palace to; meet the prince, attend the ball, and visit their family. What happens when America and Maxon start to fall for each other? Will America give up being with Maxon for May or will she hurt her sister forever? I doubt that anyone will read this but if you do and you want to write a similar story with the same plot you are more than welcome to. (I have some characters I am going to add) This story is if Maxon and America met before the selection as a five and four year old and always hung out fell in love dated but then Maxon had to end it to be in the selection. But twist (not really) America gets chosen for the selection and sees Maxon again. Will they be together or will Maxon find another?
