Clark Kent gets caught kissing Batman, and then gets hounded by the media every waking moment because "average civilian is dating Batman!!1!" - Clark is mourning the loss of his anonymity, meanwhile Bruce thinks it's fucking hilarious. How's Superman gonna deal with all that fuss?

Metropolis falls. The city, what's left of it anyway, and soon the world, loses its faith in its Superman. He has no other option than to flee, and goes to the only other place he knows: Gotham. He begs for help from Bruce Wayne to side with him and prove to the people of Earth that Superman is only fighting for good, but taking such a side would jeopardize Bruce's status. He must decide to help his friend, or leave him helpless. And if he should help, does he do it as Bruce Wayne, and tarnish his reputation, or does he help as Batman, and enforce his opinion by force and risk scaring people away from the both of them? Either way, Superman discovers that he is not only vulnerable to Kryptonite, but also to his Krypto-Knight.

Lets start at the beginning of how Bruce and Kal (AKA Clark) met.

Peter Parker has been living in Stark tower with all the other Avengers for a while now, and he loves it there. Then one day at school he receives a permission slip for a field trip to his own home! (I know this trope has been done a million times before but! It's a good trope! I think I can put a bit of my own spin on it anyway. Eventually, he also made Peter heir to STARK Industries. One day, Peter was at a Decathalon meeting when MJ made an announcement. They were going on a fieldtrip to STARK Tower. What will Peter do?
