They also learn that Sonic never wanted to be king and was forced into marrying and having a child with a woman he barely knows. Amy hates this, but Knuckles, Tails, Silver, Blaze, Rouge, and-believe it or not-, Shadow will stick with him till the end, embarking on a dangurous quest to help him overcome this trial that includes finding an underwater city, battling sea monsters, facing an angry Queen, meeting Sonic's other family, and unknowingly convincing him to take the throne.
