Grian is cursed, or at least, that's what it seems. Trapped against his will to play a cruel game and sacrificing himself for his friends, Grian knows little of happiness. Now forced to throw away his very humanity itself, he must learn to become one of the very beings that toyed with both him and his friends. Will the games ever end, or is he fated to a life of pain and anguish until the bitter end? Note: this contains a lot of angst. There are also a few scenes with blood, but nothing too graphic.
