He wasn't any 'Symbol of Peace', but he could strike fear into villains like a kick to the face. And that's just how he fights. Surprise is a tool to be used without hesitation, with an unknown quirk, that's all he does. Be underestimated. How will heroes arrest him when he's targeted by villains?
