Because Percy needs them now more then ever. After getting run through with Tartarus's Under-worldly sword, Percy needs all the help he can get. Percy Jackson has been on SHIELD's radar since his first "incident," and it seems the older he gets, the more dangerous he is. Now, at 17 years old, SHIELD finally gets the opportunity to get him.
