Perseus. Depending on how you translate it, it could be Greek for either "destroyer" or "avenger". After the war, both apply excellently to the young hero. Of course, he never chose the name Perseus. And he definitely never chose to become an avenger of anything. But some things are just meant to be. After all is said an done, he can't even really complain. But who am I talking about? Steve stared wide-eyed at the mound of ice the SHIELD Ops team had fished out of the arctic five miles north of where he was found.
