A KiriBaku au/fanfic , This fic is based/inspired by the kinda au ending that is in season 2 (?) But doesn't reaaaally follow what we know about it that closely. I love the au but I had to improvise and kinda change aspects. This is set where groups of people live in small villages. No one has quirks but some practice things similar to magic and some have other abilities (basically I've worked with the cannon quirks from the anime itself). Different villages of people will get on with others (or not- that'll make sense eventually) and I've written it so the groups of people are roughly like the classes. Bakugo is scared of the unknown- be it obvious works of fiction or reality, it scared him. Kirishima is a lot of unknown- a seemingly human who's wriggled into Bakugo's life and makes him doubt more then his sexuality in these homophobic times.

Kirishima and Bakugo eventually get in a relationship, but people don't know it. Because of this, people still have crushes on Kirishima and Bakugo isn't having it. Bakugo's possessive side takes over and he starts to get mad when people LOOK at Kirishima. I wonder what will happen next? As of now no smut.

I just watched him as he excitedly and passionately talked about his favourite things, and couldn't help but feel an overwhelming sense of joy. I just admired the way his smile brightened when he saw something pretty, or the way he scratched the back of his head when he was slightly nervous but wanted to be casual, or the way he was just so amazing at making me feel happy. His whole being just caused me to lose myself in my love for him. It had taken me so long to ever feel this strongly about someone, but Red did it so effortlessly. He was the one person that had taken down all my walls, the one person that I could feel truly me with. It just made me so grateful to be sitting across the table with such an amazing person, who didn't even know how beautiful he looked.' So much stuff happens in the story but please give it a read, it's not just a typical cliche romance. Smut occasionally and I guess serious themes such as homophobia and bullying.
