Rakim Mayers best known as Rocky on the streets finds his life being strangely rearranged when he begins to find interest in a girl named Skylar. Getting girls has never been a problem for Rocky due to his good looks, irresistible sweet charm and street wits but, Skylar isn't like the other girls and Rocky just can't help but to feel drawn to her. Initially, Skylar wants nothing to do with Rocky but, he's a bad boy that's hard to avoid seeing that they live on the same block. The more they encounter one another, the closer they become to each other and, they soon find out that they're connected in a peculiar way.
