'What A Rat' is a children's bedtime story that tells the tale of a young boy, James, who hasn't quite mastered the art of learning to talk. His attempts are often misconstrued by others with hilarious, unintentional results. It is only natural that mom and dad are quite anxious and concerned about his development. But if there's one thing to be learned here, it's that all good things take time. This book is written partly to entertain, but also to reassure young children and new parents that every child's path to growing up is different and should be celebrated.

A guy who wished to be reincarnated in Highschool DxD got his wish granted. His memories are in a mess and forgot most of his past life's memories. He doesn't have cheat, or anything of sorts.
