They end up in a foreign land where they encounter Rapunzel who has been locked away in a tower and Jack Frost, the invisible deliverer of ice and snow. Unbeknownst to them, Merida's and Hiccup's homelands are being conquered by a dark man called Pitch Black. As he travels down to the Southern Isles, Pitch begins to amass an army large enough to take over the world. Should he conquer the kingdom of Corona, Pitch will become undefeatable . . . or will he?

While visiting the kingdom of Cornoa, Jack Frost discovers a hidden tower with a young girl named Rapunzel living inside. He takes her out to see the world, where they meet Merida and her family, who adopt Rapunzel as their own. 10 years later, Merida and Rapunzel meet up with Jack and his new friend Hiccup, and they decide to leave behind their responsibilities to go out and create their own story and adventures.
