I found myself looking into his eyes, and for a second I lost my breath- it was stolen from me. His eyes were blue- but not a sky blue, like everybody else, no- they had swirls of purple and streaks of grey running through them. He was tall- taller than me anyway- at about 6", where I was only around 5"6. His hair was black, and had an onyx shine to it, and slightly curly -if that was even possible- which didn't seem that far fetched out here. It was different here anyway. He had a strong build- not too muscly, but enough to see that he could protect you- which in a weird way made me instantly relax in the place I was standing. His skin was pale and shone in the moonlight- as if he was a part of, like he owned it- whatever it was, I wasn't too sure. Maybe it was me. He hadn't said a word to me from the moment I had bumped into him, which was uncomfortable in itself, until he said that one word.
