Seventeen-year-old Carrie White isn't just an outcast; she's a prisoner. Suffocating under the fanatical rule of her abusive mother and the relentless cruelty of Ewen High School, Carrie's life is a waking nightmare. But beneath her terror lies a dormant, generational power waiting for a spark.
Enter Elias Thorne. He doesn't look at Carrie with pity; he looks at her with awe.
When Elias discovers Carrie's telekinetic abilities, he doesn't run. Instead, he helps her harness them. Together in the shadows of the school's A/V room, they build a sanctuary, and Carrie finally experiences something she never thought possible: love.
But Chamberlain isn't done with Carrie White. As the senior prom approaches and a cruel prank is set into motion, her bullies are about to learn a devastating lesson. This time, Carrie isn't a helpless victim. She is an apex predator. And when the blood drops, the boy who loves her is going to help her burn the world to the ground
*This is a vastly reimagined interpretation of primarily the 2013 version, although I've taken bits from the original book and 1976 film as well. My goal here was to write a script which I feel better fits the casting choices they made for that more recent adaption. *
