Yoongi divides parts of his life into the four temperate seasons of Korea- Spring: 봄 (bom), Summer 여름 (yeo-reum), Autumn / Fall: 가을 (ka-eul), and finally Winter 겨울 (kyeo-ul). In Korea, winter often ceased during the middle of March; when the frost on the top of pine trees had melted on the front porch of Yoongi's childhood home, he remembers. When Yoongi met him, he was at the winter of his life, when his situation got pitiable and he stopped trying to patch it up; the first taste of cold, stinging frostbite. Late October, many more years before Spring, Yoongi met one embodiment of the four seasons in his life. This was the beginning of Winter. It started snowing.
