After the killing game has ended, it's discovered that the sixteen students have been in comas for the past three years. They were put into a virtual world for three years to stimulate their brains, however the killing game was the result of an inside job within the coma ward, and was televised to the world by the footage being rerouted to a channel. The 'Danganronpa' games have been around for a while, and is run by an undisclosed group (obviously). The group runs this show illegality, however unlike the other 51 games, no one actually died... since they were in comas in a virtual world. Shuichi and the others who survived to the end, have all woken up, whilst many others who died. The only ones who are awake that died in game includes: Kaede, Rantaro, Ryoma, and Kirumi. Once they FINALLY start to adjust to living life again, they are thrust into the fifty fourth Danganronpa game. Loosely based on the movie "But I'm a Cheerleader!". I love this movie so much and I just needed to make a fanfic with this whole scenario and stuff. So yeah, that's what this is. Some things are similar, some are different. Shuichi Saihara is the totally straight running back on Hopes Peak football team. He even has a gorgeous cheerleader girlfriend, Maki, though he isn't that interested in her romantically. After his parents become suspicious of his strange behavior, they decide to send him to the boot camp True Directions, in hopes to get rid of his 'homosexual tendencies'. Surprised by this, Shuichi initially rejects the camp, before being forced to go in the end. While there, he begins to learn a lot about himself after meeting a loud and proud gay guy named Kokichi Ouma. -probably inconsistent updates.. some offensive humor is in here too.

A notorious Phantom Thief has made himself known and the police force has been clueless how to stop them and their organization. So as a last resort Shuichi's called in to figure out how to arrest this uncatchable clown.
