However, "Richie" is Tom Hardy's character Reggie Kray from the 2015 film "Legend" which is based on a true story about the notorious London gangsters, The Kray Twins. This book also features similar themes, scenes and quotes from the film. If you really want to get a feel for the character and have not yet watched "Legend" then I strongly advise that you do.
