(Warning: They're a little OOC, sorry) "The Animals" is a popular comic series, much beloved by many teenagers and adults alike. Annabeth Chase in particular adores the series, especially the main character, Equiria. Percy Jackson only knows of it because he's friends with Annabeth and her brother, Dylan. He's heard her rave about the details so many times that he's pretty sure he can tell you the major plot points without ever having read it. Komodian, the dragon-based hero, has to be his favorite though. Not for any reason besides his name- it's a pun! Who can blame him? Jason Grace, best friends with Percy Jackson and Dylan Chase, has only read the first few comics. His favorite character is Elapidus, mainly because he himself has fangs. But who wouldn't love a hero based off a cobra? Thalia Grace loves the series. She's a big fan of the action in particular, her favorite being the more melee-based heroine Lupica. Piper McLean has read the comics, but only at her best friend's request. Annabeth had pestered her to read them so many times that she finally gave in, even though she didn't pay much attention. But her best friend had been happy, so that was good enough for her. She's almost jealous of Veonir, who can turn into a hawk and soar away. Unfortunately for them, they're about to learn the harsh truth: the comics are real. And they're the main characters. COVER BY ME (Sorry, it's kind of blurry..) This is a fanfiction! The Second Giant War was finally over. The seven demigods had managed to take down Gaea. But something put a damper on the celebrations. Paul came with the news that Sally was dead. And the worst part? It wasn't a monster. At least, not a Greek one. Sally was killed by a human thief. Percy vowed to never let what happened to his mother happen to anyone else. He became a superhero. And of course, the rest of the seven became superheroes with him. Skip to a month later. The seven are thriving. The gods approved of their deacon, well, some of them did, others didn't care. The seven heroes of Olympus are gaining popularity as the seven superheroes of the country. Batman hears of these heroes. He sends the Young Justice team to capture them and bring them in for interrogation. But there is a slight problem. All seven of the team are never seen together. In fact, the seventh member has never been seen. It is only known that there are seven in the team because it was revealed by one of the members to the media. So the Young Justice team captures two of the members. But what they weren't expecting was the chaos that came when the rest of the team rescued their teammates. But in doing so, the team had revealed some powers. Now the seven heroes are seen as more of the threat than ever. And why does Kaldur suddenly refuse to fight them? Two teams fighting each other. A new enemy that is rising. Can the Seven Heroes of Olympus and the Young Justice team put aside their differences and unite against the real enemy? Or will the world fall once again?

During the Second Giant War, the battle with Gaea, Percy lost his friends, the seven, including his wise girl. The demigods had won, Camp Half-Blood, Camp Jupiter, and the Olympians were safe now. Yet, it didn't feel like victory at all to Percy. Percy decided to walk out of the camp barrier, to escape from the memories, from the pain. He didn't care where, as long as he could get far away. He wanted it to be done. The guilt, the sadness, he wanted it to be over, he didn't want to feel any of that. Unbeknownst to him, he ended up on the streets of Gotham city. Where he encountered the hero dressed in black with a bat symbol on his chest. He was saved by the Dark Knight himself, the hero of Gotham. What could possibly go wrong? Or... right? I felt nothing, not despair, or rage, just nothing. My wise girl was dead in my arms her body limp and cold. Her last breath used saying she loved me, the storm in her eyes was dead. And so was I. Percy is alone, the love of his life is gone, the seven are all dead, and he is 200 years in the future. After he defeated Gaia he was kidnapped and brought to Tartarus for 200 years only to fall into Gotham. Batman soon does a background check nothing there gets young justice to bring him in. Sorry I'm horrible a descriptions, I update every three weeks at the max. long chapters. First chapter is ruff but keep with me please.
