Elizabeth Bartlett is no ordinary woman for exactly two reasons. Reason number one, her father was a Profiler for the FBI in his day, so she knows a thing or two about the art of deduction. Reason number two...her best friend shot up their high school. She showed kindness to Randy Slade, and how did he return it? He let her live while he killed countless classmates. Persephone Jackson is smarter than she looks. With an IQ of 179 she knows things others may not. She can also remember almost anything you tell her. She's not quite as good at remembering things she reads though. Of course that could have something to do with the dyslexia. She can read almost 15,000 words per minute, in Greek of course. After 6 years, Spencer isn't exactly happy when the only reason he finds out Percy is alive is because her parents are dead.
