Ellie is a 17 year old high school student and is near her graduation. She meets troublemaker Noel Gallagher and becomes friends with him. They start to skip school together and he gets her into drinking and smoking. Ellie first gets suspended and later expelled from school, just a few months before her graduation. Noel then leaves to tour with the Inspiral Carpets and Ellie is left behind, trying to find a job and keep the relationship with her mother steady, who refuses to talk to her because of her behavior. After Noel returns from his tour with Inspiral Carpets, he joins his brother's band The Rain and that's when things for the couple really start to change. (The chapters are divided into parts named after Oasis songs which I think would suit them. Updates every Thursday.)
