The police want to send them to jail (duh) but nezu is like "AHHHHH hell nah!" and sends them to the new 'UA Villain Rehab program' where villains from ages 14-17 get to turn their life around and avoid jail! What will happen?? Will it work??? Will anyone read this book???? Will anyone like this book??? Probably not. I do not own any of the characters in this book...
