You got a letter on your birthday, in your home by the forest. You always knew you were going to Hogwarts. Your mother Wallis always told you stories of how she and your father got into all sorts of trouble. Your father always told you of how they fell in love. The same stories every time, but you never got tired of them. You love the idea of being a witch, and wanted to be the best one there could be.
When Finn, your older brother, went to Hogwarts two years before you did, he taught you all the simple spells he had learned and you got the hang of them pretty easily. He always used to joke around that you could be in Ravenclaw, you were so smart. The only thing you had trouble with, was Transfiguration. You could never wrap your head around it, so Finn let that one slide.
You and your brother are extremely close. He is very protective of you and would do anything for you. You both love each other and never get into fights. But you did always have a temper, trouble keeping your mouth shut and speaking before thinking. You hoped that going to school would help with that.
