This is a My Hero Academia crossover with a Undertale AU Dusttale. It's about Izuku Midoryia being sent to the Undertale AU Dusttale but with a twist there is no Sans in this verson of Dusttale, Izuku is Sans.

Saito Midoriya was adopted son of Inko Midoriya and brother of Izuku Midoriya. He never got to meet his real father or mother. He soon discovered his semblance, Judgement when he stood up against Bakugo Katsuki protecting his little brother.
