I guess there were some people even New York couldn't handle. Bill Cipher was undoubtedly one of those people. It is the year 1922, and Dipper and Mabel Pines are moving to New York to stay with their Great Uncle's. Dipper is excited to finally be back to the city - full of mystery and danger. The big Apple is the perfect place to inspire Dipper to write his mystery novels. Until Dipper gets caught up in a situation straight out of one of his stories. Now employed at a Speakeasy owned by the charismatic and terrifying Bill Cipher, Dipper begins to discover that his employer may be more than he seems. And as Dipper begins to fall for the other man, he may find himself in a situation more dangerous than he could have ever dreamed.
