Izuku Midoriya was a boy that grew up without a quirk, unlike the people around him. That didn't stop him from aspiring to be a hero. When All Might found Izuku and trusted him with the power of his quirk One for All, he gave him the power to become a hero. That also meant he had the power to become a villain. After the League of Villains attacks class 1-A of UA once, Shigaraki has his eyes set on Izuku. So he plots to get Deku on their side. How could he change the young hero's mentality on heroes? Easy.
