This is a Malec AU fanfic. Magnus Bane and Alec Lightwood's lives meet, because of a car accident, where both of them get hurt. Magnus is dating Camille Belcourt, a french girl, but their relationship doesn't seem to be working at all. Alec and his siblings, Jace and Isabelle, have been orphans since they were young.
