This story is not for the Jane Austen purist, for although it has all of the original characters that we have come to love over the years, and it does include the main plot and story lines, it is called a variation for a reason, and will more often than not stray on some points and characteristics of the characters as it is from my own vision. Nonetheless it is strictly in old English, and will remain completely within the bounds of propriety!

It has very similar plot points to the original, but adapted to a modern setting. However, I don't think you need to have read Pride & Prejudice to read this!
