"You were in the water." "I jumped." Usopp had been drinking his tea, but as the captain said this, spit it out across the table, onto the captain's face. As Usopp sputtered and coughed, Luffy wiped his face on the sleeve of his red shirt. "Did something fall into the water?" Robin asked, setting down her cup, her face concerned. Luffy shook his head. "No, I just jumped in." "You could have died, dumbass," Sanji scolded, thumping the back of Luffy's head. "That was kind of the point," the raven-haired boy replied softly, rubbing the back of his head.

In a Parallel Universe Monkey D Luffy and his alliance suffer a crushing defeat at the hands of Kaido. This sets in motion, a chain of events leading to a terrible tragedy among the straw hat crew, causing Luffy to become the ruthless Dictator of the free world willing to mercilessly slaughter anyone standing in his way. But it all gets worse as soon as that man shows up randomly and moves back to his hometown that he left when he and Nami split up. What's worse is that he has some news that completely tore Nami apart, and it was hard for her to talk to the first love of her life like she used to. Will they get back together, or will they remain friends for the rest of their lives?

Summer was over. It's time for the start of a new year at East Blue High School for the Straw Hat Crew. Luffy had gone all summer without seeing one of his closest friends; Nami. She comes back sad, and unlike herself after the woman who adopted her had passed away. For some reason, Luffy starts getting all these weird feelings when he's with Nami. These feelings are feelings that he's never had before. Was he sick? Was he allergic to Nami? This was all weird to him. Nami had feelings like this for Luffy for a while. It was just super hard for her to admit it. She's had these feelings since she met Luffy in eighth grade. Nami hasn't even fallen that hard for anybody, especially a clueless idiot who is obsessed with eating and wants nothing to do with relationships. This junior year was weird for both Luffy and Nami, since they both are realizing the feelings they have for each other. It wasn't as simple as either of them thought it would be, though. Hello! This story is about the characters of the anime "One Piece," but they're all highschoolers in their 3rd year. The main focus of this story is on Nami and Luffy, the two characters I've shipped since they first met each other. This is my first ever story I am putting out there, so please give me suggestions on how I could improve my writing. Just to let you all know, the characters in here are all normal teenagers. Chopper, isn't a reindeer. Franky isn't a cyborg. Zoro isn't a swordsman. Brook isn't a skeleton. None of the characters have devil fruits. In fact, they don't even exist.
