Nick is a heroin addict who wakes up in a church to find three of his friends dead or eating each other. The only person left in the church alive is his girlfriend Frankie, a pcp addict and schizophrenic. The apocalypse sets on shortly after, and the two of them have to fight their addiction in this dangerous new world. Meanwhile Frankie has to deal with her schizophrenia with no medication.
