Sick and injured, the five year old is rescued by the boss of the notorious gang, the Shie Hassaaikai. Unable to return him to his family, the gang leader raises Izuku alongside Kai who eventually grow close. When UA starts a rehabilitation program for villains and takes Izuku from Kai Chisaki, the gang leader will stop at nothing to get his lover back, but Deku is starting to fall for someone else.
