Chief Zhao Yunlan does exactly that, he treats Wei as a suspect until it's proven he's not, but the killer doesn't stop. He has his own twisted reason why he's sending the images to Shen Wei's mind deliberately. The story follows the chase and watches their relationship become more involved while their lives are put at risk.
