But what if Harry was not the only one that needed to be saved, what if there were others, like Harry, that lived in abusive or not the right homes. What if there were ugly betrayals and surprising finds. And what if Harry goes through a creature inheritance.

In his 6th year at Hogwarts, Harry barricades himself from everyone, too damaged from Sirius' death. Harry starts sneaking out every night to the forbidden forest as his animagus. Harry meets a kind werewolf that vows never to tell his name. Harry finds himself falling for the creature as his stays linger each full moon.

Harry always knew something was not all well in his life. No matter how hard he tried to pretend everything was fine, an uneasiness was always present in his gut. Of course, it was normal to grow feathers during the night, right? At least, he assumed so. But as time goes on he realises that there is something terribly, terribly wrong not with him, but his magical family. He cannot ignore the icy glares sent his way when Dumbledore thinks he isn't looking, or the disgusted expression Ron adopts when Harry's back is turned.
