A melodious laugh suddenly resonated in Anamika's ears as she looked in the direction from where it came. Anamika was mesmerised at what she saw. Eklavya was laughing heartily as he played around with the pups. Who also were chasing him with great pleasure. Anamika had always seen him with a frown etched on his heavenly crafted face, eyes jaded with annoyance, an overwhelming hauteur looming around him. But never had she seen him so carefree as he was looking at this moment. Fooling around with the pups as they chased after him, the smile on his face made him look amiable, his face glowing with cheeriness. At this moment he didn't look forbidden but rather amicable. The pups seemed to sense her presence as they hurriedly ran towards her and successfully placing his attention on her. Laughing at their enthusiasm she gave the bags to Rudra and captured both the pups in her arms. Eklavya strolled towards them leisurely with his eyes on the brown-haired girl who was busy teasing the little pups. "What are their names?" He asked in his usual deep voice that never failed to arrest her senses. And suddenly her lips felt dry and instinctively she moved her tongue over them sensuously. And the action didn't go unnoticed by his perceiving deep eyes. And so, her absolute resolution of avoiding him came crashing down horribly. ~~~~~~~~ Anamika is a 16 years old girl, and had just returned to her roots after staying for two long years in Varanasi. Now, she's back in Dehradun. With a family that includes her crazy grandparents, an elder sister and a little brother along with her parents, of course, Anamika is all set to have a blast these oncoming years. But what she never expected was to fall on a complete stranger on her first day at Dehradun, that too on her best friend's cousin, the brooding angel, Eklavya. ~~~~~~~ Swarna_Mriga. Eklavya @2019. This is the continuation of the story that began with Prithvi.. (volume 1) - http://www.wattpad.com/story/5433945-prithvi-vol-1 Note posted on 5 October 2022 'Prithvi' is an ongoing story. It was in 2008 that the story began to flow through me. I continue to be as passionate about it as I was back then. However, I do not know how long it would take to be completed. I do not know how many more volumes or chapters will be required. I update chapters only once a month, and even that doesn't happen at times. But if you would still like to experience this story, please go ahead and give it a try. I hope you enjoy reading 'Prithvi' as much as I enjoy writing it.

Sequel to Misty _______________ The wind stopped. The birds rested on the branches. The squirrels peeked out from behind the leaves. The forest turned silent, covering these two souls from the glare of the afternoon sun. He stared at her radiant face. "We are different," she said softly, guilt glinting in her eyes. "Very different from each other. Our worlds aren't same." "Moon Goddess never makes a wrong decision. The Mist that your pack has taught you about, is an illusion, my mate." He told her with a small smile on his face. "A trick of mind it is. When you stop believing in its presence, it wouldn't be there. You will be able to see everything clearly." She cupped his cheek, rubbing her thumb against the bristles. "I can see everything clearly, my mate. I see the border of enmity between two packs." The smile that showed the delight of meeting his mate, now displayed the fear of uncertainty. But the Alpha blood running in his veins kept him warm. Confidence spread upon his heart as the inner beast told him the universal truth. Furthermore, the touch of his mate would always fill him with high spirit. "There can never be a barrier between lovers." He said the ultimate truth to the divine beauty, looking in her mischievous eyes. Her eyebrows raised and rested back slowly. Raising her chin, she watched him leaning his face downwards slightly in curiosity. Consequently, she brought her mouth closer to his ear, whispering the answer for him and the silent audience present in this forest, favouring him. "But we are not lovers, my mate. We are enemies."
