It has been 10 years after the Legend of Raimon's Soccer Team : Inazuma Eleven. Matsukaze Tenma joins Raimon in hopes to become a great soccer player. After joining the soccer club he finds out about the new enemy name Fifth Sector who have turn the soccer association fall in to the darkness and wants to make the soccer organization under their control. But Endou Mamoru, Coach of Raimon makes sure not to let Raimon fall under their hands. Will Raimon be able to win their way through the football frontier tournament? But what happens when Raimon's enemy is not only fifth sector but also group of unnamed players who constantly attacks their members. Are the unknown players working for fifth sector?
