A musician in her twenties, she plays when she's not working as a bartender in town. When her little sister starts attending Horace Green, their mother pawns the ten year old onto her older sister. With her sister now in her care and attending her alma mater, Jordan quickly catches sight of a familiar musician and teacher. Offering to help the young woman struggling with new guardianship, Dewey starts to become close to Jordan. The musician-slash-bartender quickly slips past his defenses with her anarchist attitude and caring heart. When the two decide to work together to get Malia in Jordan's permanent care, they start to become far more than friends.
