Catra is what many people would call broken. Emotionally. She has one of the most darkest back stories you might have ever heard, which is why she is shaped the way she is today. 17 years old and a senior, Catra goes to Brightmoon High School, and is the most dangerous and feared person within the building, and she sure is hell is not afraid to show why she has that title for herself. Adora is a newly transferred to Brightmoon High and quickly bonds with Glimmer and Bow. She's also 17, a senior, and a dorky jock. Still not used to how the school functions, she becomes intrigued by none other than Catra herself and tries to become her friend despite everyone's warnings. But the blonde teen can't help but want to get closer... but one thing catches her attention the most about what everyone mainly warns her about. [Post season 5] Adora and Catra have to learn to deal with the aftermath of the war while exploring their feelings. ___________________________________________ "Are we, you know... together?" the question left Catra's cheeks feeling hot, even though she tried to sound unbothered. She wasn't particularly good at these things or expressing emotions in general. Adora took a second to admire Catra's face. She looked so cute when she was embarrassed. "Did you just ask me to be your girlfriend?" taunted Adora with a smirk on her face. "Pfft, No! Get over yourself!" Predictably, Adora's dorky laugh followed right after. Catra would endure all the embarrassment in the world if that meant she got to hear that sound for the rest of her life.

Adora had a promise to keep and she'd be damned if she didn't follow through. Catra had nothing to lose but then she lost that too. Glimmer had a family name and a legacy to protect. Bow had experience in a fight he never thought he'd face and a family to come back to. To everyone else, it doesn't matter who wins or who dies. It's the same story every year.
