Pretty self explanatory! Dean has the mark of Cain and now the first blade, he uses it to kill whatever monster he's hunting and with every killing his blood thirst only gets bigger and harder to control. Sam worries about him and with good reason but then he comes face to face with someone who might be able to make him feel human again, will Dean let this stranger in? will he continue to kill?
