Eve Smythe is a young vampire whose family just happens to be in a feud with Nathan Sykes family. She is unlucky enough to have him as a roommate at Cross Academy. After fighting all the time day and night they find that they need each other more then they thought. But Nathan is hiding a secret, locked away in layers of lies and excuses, his family's hands are dripping red with blood, the blood who found out his secret, and now Eve is next in line to find out his deadly secret.

"Are you a paranormal?" I heard a guy say. "Um why?" I asked. "Only a necromancer could of done that", he stated. "How do you know?" I asked raising my eyebrow. "I'm a vampire", he said. "Nice to meet a fellow supernatural", I said with a smile. "Ya, there's not many", he stated. "I'm Emily", I said with a smile. "Nathan", the guy said. He handed me a piece of paper. "Call me sometime", he said with a wink. "Sure thing vampire boy", I said winking back. he smirked and walked away.
