Doctor Izuku's quirkless and he wanted those heroes to experience what it is like to be quirkless. People theorize that the reason behind the disappearance of the hero's quirks is because of his own quirk but in reality, it's just because of the drug that he invented. He sometimes purposely mess up during his operations when he's handling a patient that is a hero making them paralyzed or in best cases dead. Inspired by Daric Art, Calladraws, Azelma and the tons and tons of villain Deku Au's I've read and watched.

Izuku is a vigilante called Deku. It means useless because he couldn't save his mom from a villain when he was 4 years old. His quirk is called Purloin, so he knew what he had to do. He had to steal all the villain's quirks because they abused their power to hurt others. So he's on a mission to find them and give some of them to kids who truly deserve them. People think that he's power-hungry and needs the power to defeat All Might, but really, he's trying to find people worthy of their power. TV-14

Ochako is slowly falling in love with Deku, ever since the entrance exam she'd taken an interest in him. As the school year progressed she realized her feelings and just before she planed to confess, tragedy strikes. Causing Deku to become closed of and a shadow of his former self. He avoids hanging out with loved ones and shuts out anyone who tries to help. Ochako is pained seeing him like this but that's not the only pain she feels, soon she develops the Hanahaki disease, a disease caused by one sided love. It's not that Deku doesn't care for her it's that he can't care for anyone, all he does is obsess over the ways he could have saved him....
