Five Years after the fall of the Archalian Empire and practically all their advanced tech and weaponry is labeled contraband by The Anopoly, black markets and syndicates profit off trafficked goods fueling a bloody war. Zemira Reyes(Arose), the daughter of the Anopoly's leader, Derrick Reyes, and a knowledgeable munitions expert, leads the fragmented Archalian resistance under the name of Phoenix. A name is fitting of the 'Tribal Warrior' who was told the legendary Bird of Flame was with her as a guardian angel. But there's no room for gods and angels in war, and when the time comes which side will fire and which will fall.
