Nightmare has grown weary of the constant strife between himself and his brother. Every time he manages to fuel the ever-persistent need for negativity in his system, Dream and his friends immediately sap it out of him. So, Nightmare has decided he was done. If they believed the multiverse was better without negativity, he was okay with that. He'd well descended past apathy years ago. (I do not own Undertale or the AUs, I just own this story!) Cross never did believe he would receive love. Nightmare never thought he would find love. Maybe they both were wrong, on a number of things. And just maybe, they can share an apple together at last.

Special turned Story. Doesn't affect Time Miscalculation Chronos and his four brothers all into a different and young Multiverse. They end up in the original Dreamtale. With his magic temporarily disabled, Chronos makes the decision to live in the village of the Apple twins. He opened a popular clothing shop. Once it opened, he took any type of payment or trade. The villagers quickly learned not to mess with his sibling or else Chronos would close the shop. With influence over the village, Chronos knew he could let his brothers go off on their own while running his shop. Chronos, one day, saw an opportunity to help Nightmare and sent his brothers to befriend him. Come and see how the Quantum Brothers change the story of the Apple twins.

Nightmare is reminded of a time long ago. Before he ate the apples. A time where things weren't so different than he is now. How unhappy he is. How he was hurt. How he was abused. More specifically, a time where his brother Dream made him a promise then broke it. But while his brother broke his promise, his gang fixed it. The question remains; why? Nightmare and Dream are the protectors of the sun and moon tree. Nightmare had enough of the constant abuse that the villagers had gave him. So he ate the dark apples. But before that he met Cross in one of his dreams. Cross wished to meet Nightmare. He was fond of Nightmares company. But if he once found Nightmare. It didn't look pretty. Not the small skeleton he used to be... Edit: This is just a project. And I came up the idea originally from Empireverse AU itself! And yes I am aware it's another multiverse so I'm not mistaking it as an AU. It's plotline isn't the same. But the majestic vibe inspired me. So I decided to do this project. Honestly Dream, and Nightmare looked epic in the flesh. But yesssh.

It's been a few years since the events of Dreamtale. Dream is forced to constantly protect everyone's happiness against his brother Nightmare, and it seems nothing can stop him. However, when Dream finds out something that could save his brother, he jumps at the opportunity. Can Dream get his brother back, or will Nightmare fully succumb to the madness? Dreamtale, Dream, and Nightmare belong to Joku.

After several attempts, Sci finds a way to return Nightmare to his uncorrupted form, turning him good once more. But as soon as Nightmares old team finds out they plan to do everything in there power to turn him back. {Credit to artist for cover!}

A book of Dreamtale oneshots I started writing in 2017 that gradually turned into an actual story by 2020. The writing isn't great at first but I assure you as the oneshots progress you will see improvement :) These are not Dreammare and no ships are made canon, however some are subtly hinted at such as Errormare. You can choose to see them as platonic or romantic.
