After Izuku and his father get involved in a car accident when he was only fourteen, he finds himself paralyzed from the waist down and stuck in a wheelchair for the rest of his life. With his father passing away in the crash, Izuku is raised through his teenage years by his mother, and he manages to get used to living with wheels. Although his disability keeps him from doing a few things, he still manages to live a decent life and make his way around with ease. However, his life changes when he accidentally runs into a person on the street, causing the tall man to spill his coffee. Izuku is the one to get splashed with the hot liquid, but still feels bad about the incident and offers to pay for the blond's coffee. The man is none other than Katsuki. Even though he's in a bit of a rush, on his way to work, he finds himself falling for a freckled guy in a wheelchair who was kind enough to buy him another drink. There is a saying in Japanese 三つ子の魂百まで　Mitsugo no Tamashii Hyaku made It is believed that it takes 3 years for a soul to fully form and solidify which would last for a lifetime. Just as the Nanase twins reached the tender age of 3 a life-threatening fever nearly took the life of the younger twin. Just when all hope had been lost he miraculously recovered. Meanwhile, tragedy struck a family of three who had been awaiting the arrival of their newest family member. All of the family members perished in the tragic car accident with the exception of one child who escaped with his bare life. However, witnessing the death of his parents and possibly younger brother traumatized the young child to the point he became completely despondent. From that point he had become a completely living doll.

So when the other kid has made their escape,the police finally caught the guardian in that orphanage house for abusing the kid for many years but 2 of them succeed in runaway and hide from police.Some of the kid were taken by them too. Tenn didn't remember what happen on his past.He never knew that he had twin. Will Tenn know his past? Where's Riku?..
