Miriam Francis was born in a time of destruction. A time where the government was being overthrown by the Mutineer's. Two year's after her birth the government stopped this by taking all control to stop any dethrone of the government ever again. People's thoughts, births, deaths… it all was controlled. At year 18 the new adults are taken outside the walls, to see what the world is like outside of city. This scares most people away, making them dedicated to the government. But with Miriam, she's intrigued by the outside of the city, and she finds she's not the only one.
