This is a prequel to 'From Russia With Love' and all the books after that. This takes place directly after the Black Widow and Winter Soldier's first meeting. How do they fall in love and how do they keep it a secret from Hydra? How are they torn apart time and time again? This also covers Natasha's story after she escapes Hydra thanks to Clint Barton. How does she handle being without James and how does she handle a new job? Bucky ha sido perdonado de todos sus crímenes con la ayuda de los vengadores, sobre todo de Natasha. Ellos tuvieron una historia en el pasado que ambos recuerdan pero es muy dolorosa, por lo que ha decidido pretender que no se conocen. Una fría noche de diciembre mientras todos los vengadores se encuentran reunidos en la base, aparece una misteriosa caja con las iniciales A.Y.B desenterrando de golpe todo el pasado de James y Nat con una revelación: su hija está viva y corre peligro pues Yelena Belova ha puesto sus ojos en ella.

Black Widow y el Soldado del Invierno. La vida los unió de una manera inesperada. Pero lo que surgió entre las balas y la nieve, perduraría más allá de lo que nunca imaginaron. No soy dueña de los personajes, sólo soy dueña de la imaginación que me llevó a escribir esta historia. Epero que la disfruten tanto como yo al escribirla. Sólo escribo por diversión.
