After finding out what was happening to his nephew Naruto in Konoha due to Naruto not visiting lately, Yuzuru has Naruto moved into the second​ Suoh mansion with Yuzuru's son, Tamaki. He is then enrolled into Ouran, a private high school for rich kids. He becomes friends with Haruhi and the hosts and they gave him the role of tsundere type because of his caring, cheerful yet sarcastic and quick-tempered attitude. But soon the hosts want to be more than friends, and Naruto, who has never been in a situation like this, doesn't know what to do.
