After being exposed to some glowing ooze, Jess's werewolf powers mutate and Jessica then loses control. The struggle to control her wolf side causes a new threat to her and her friends. Constant urges to hurt someone, and having to constantly keep her heart rate under control are what is keeping Jess from becoming any closer to the turtles. But when one of them is trying so desperately to get her to let him in, Jessie can't help but open up, a lot.
