It's the summer before senior year and Monse decided it's time to go back to Freeridge. She decides to surprise Cesar and finds out he has a girlfriend. After a party they go down a messy path and they can't go back. Even after years they're still willing to be cheaters if it means they can be together.

Astor isn't like her twin. Monse has always been the smart one, the logical, talented, and ambitious. When she finishes high school she'll leave Freeridge and shoot for the stars. Astor is different, she's more spontaneous than her sister, a true live-in-the-moment free spirit. She knows nobody has ever expected her to change the world, or even make it out, and she's okay with that. Monse may get her freedom from knowing tomorrow will be better, but to Astor, it's today that holds the promise.

This is my take on what happens after the season two finale. The gang has now been kidnapped and no one knows where they are. Cesar and Monse are still rocky after their breakup but will things change. Will Monse end up going to boarding school? How will Cesar win Monse back? What secrets will be revealed?

Monse is about to leave for writing camp in a number of days, ruby, cesar, and Jamal all decide to make the most out of their final days together before the summer, but after one confusing night, monse wont be the only thing coming back from camp
