The year is 1960 at the bottom of the Pacific Ocean the city or Rapture stands proudly, its lift gleams through the murk shinning with prosperity, technological advancement, and complete turmoil. New and innovating technology has led to a life threatening dependence on ATOM, the power source for all sorts of genetic upgrades for its citizens. The city begins to tear itself apart as want becomes demand, and demand becomes reliance. In the midsts of all the chaos two heroes rise from the bloodied streets to save the innocent and put an end to the ongoing madness.
